The session fee includes a pre-planning phone call, wardrobe styling and full access to my client wardrobe, complementary professional hair and make-up services., as well as professional retouching of all the images.
All products and images are purchased separately at your reveal appointment a week after your session. Most of our clients choose to invest between $1,800 and $4,500 on their custom heirloom collections. This is more than a photoshoot—it's a legacy.

2. Planning & The Client Portal
Once you book your session, you gain access to your private client portal—your central hub for planning the details. You’ll find my questionnaire designed to help me understand your preferences, plus expert guidance on styling. Whether you’re bringing your own favorites or utilizing the Breaking Tradition client closet, I’ll ensure every ensemble fits the cinematic vibe of your shoot.
3. The Session: Professional Guidance & Hair and Makeup
Your day begins with a professional hair and makeup artist providing a high-end look based on your inspiration. Once you’re camera-ready, we begin the session in an easy-going environment. I am your coach and your guide throughout; I direct by showing you exactly what to do, often helping you adjust your positioning to ensure every angle is flattering and powerful. You can relax knowing I’m there to handle the technicalities while you settle into a sexy, effortless version of yourself.
4. The Reveal: A Private Fine Art Premiere
About two weeks after your session, we’ll host a private reveal party in the comfort of your home. I’ll bring the snacks, samples of our museum-quality fine art products, and—most importantly—your images. A handcrafted album is a powerful reminder of your incredible self and serves as a perfect legacy gift. Every image you select receives meticulous, professional hand-editing (no AI shortcuts) before your custom products are ordered and your digital gallery is delivered.
A Dark Aesthetic Tailored to You
The Standard: The 8–12 Week Window
If you have a specific deadline in mind—a wedding, an anniversary, or a significant birthday—it is best to work backward. To ensure your handcrafted albums and fine art products are in your hands by your target date, I recommend booking your session 8–12 weeks in advance.
Why? Because we don't do "cookie-cutter" here.
- The Session: Our calendar for moody portraits and boudoir generally fills up six weeks out.
- The Artistry (Editing): Proofs are hand-curated over 2–3 weeks.
- The Heirloom: Deluxe albums are handmade in Europe and require a minimum of four weeks for production and shipping back to Florida.
- Christmas/Holiday Gifts: Book by mid-to-late September.
- Valentine’s Day: Book by Thanksgiving.
"Just Because" Sessions don't have a deadline? We still recommend booking 3–6 weeks out. Why? Because the "BT" experience starts long before you step in front of the camera.

- The Hunt: You need time to shop for that perfect lingerie or vintage pin-up look.

I prioritize authenticity in wardrobe choices. If you hate corsets, don't feel like you need to bring one! Lean into classic or vixen looks. I am here to ensure your vision (we communicate the vibe of the session at length) is executed with technical and aesthetic perfection. I offer hands-on styling support to ensure every detail feels intentional.

We discuss your inspirations beforehand so that on the day of the session, you feel ease and an effortless, quiet confidence. The luxury treatment continues long after the session. Your in-home reveal is a private premiere mixed with girls night. We’ll view a cinematic slideshow of your gallery. Together, we will curate your selection, and you’ll have my expert advice on product selection and final edits.
